With dedication and perseverance, She shows a strong ability to pay attention to details, organization, and efficiency in her work, always making sure that she is meeting the project and office needs. Although her initial approach to work might be unconventional, she executes them brilliantly through her flexibility, curiosity and resourcefulness in dealing with problems, demonstrating an excellent attitude towards learning and applying new knowledge to her work.

As a Production Team member, She assists the Project Lead in the preparation of architectural drawings, design documentation, and coordination works in support of ongoing projects. She always makes sure to emphasize efficiency, quality, innovative problem-solving, and continuous improvement even in small, measurable steps throughout her work.

In her stay at ADGO thus far, Stephanie has been involved in the preparation of schematic plans, detailing, consultant coordination, and assists in the management of a construction project. With continuous growth, she has a great potential to take up additional responsibilities, make self-attained contributions, and help the team overcome more complex design and coordination challenges.
