Rio-Mae D. Metoda

Project Team Member, Production Department

Rio-Mae Metoda joined the company in July 2024 as a Project Team Member under the Production Department. She is a graduate of Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST) – Manila. Known for her cheerful personality and active approach to work, Rio consistently ensures that tasks are completed properly, on time, and with complete requirements.

Her positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility contribute to smooth workflow and reliable project support within the team. Supports project delivery through the preparation of coordinated working drawings, coordination with consultants and suppliers, and active involvement in the execution of multiple architectural projects.

She assisted in preparing permit plans for the Tiu Residence in Quezon City. She also supported the design development and contract documentation of several commercial projects, including the High-Pointe Gentri development in General Trias, Cavite, and a 16-storey commercial building in Cubao, Quezon City. In addition, she worked on a number of industrial projects such as the Commodity Quest Warehouse in Malvar and a proposed parking building with mezzanine in Sta. Cruz, Manila. She was also part of the team involved in the renovation of Waltermart Sta. Rosa and the E-Bros project in Pasig.
