Richelle Kei de Dios joined the company in 2024.
Since becoming part of the Production Department, Kei has been actively involved in working drawings, coordination with consultants, and assisting in the development and execution of various architectural projects. In each of these, Kei has played a key role in producing accurate and coordinated working drawings while ensuring clear communication with consultants and internal teams. Her ability to stay focused, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively makes her a strong asset to every project she’s part of.
Kei’s first assignment was A Proposed Highpointe Commercial Building in General Trias, Cavite, which provided her with valuable experience in managing deliverables and cross-disciplinary collaboration. She is currently involved in A Proposed 5-Storey Mixed Use Commercial and Residential and the Grace Christian Church of the Philippines (GCCP) Renovation in Quezon City.
She believes in designing not just for today’s needs, but for the long-term impact each structure brings to its users and communities.
