Ella Faustino joined the ADGO team in 2024.
Ella is a determined and focused individual who approaches every task with dedication and attention to detail. Her curious mind allows her to remain open to new experiences and ideas, often challenging herself to grow both personally and professionally.
At ADGO, Ella has been involved in preparing production drawings for a mercantile project and church project, wherein she had broaden her technical knowledge and further developed project coordination.
Her previous experience as a Junior Architect in a Design and Build firm has honed her skills in producing detailed technical drawings for warehouse projects and equipped her with the ability to quickly adapt to different work environments and people through site visits and coordination.
