Chloewenn graduated at the University of the East in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Chloewenn’s first project was a high-end residential building located in Quezon City, where he gained valuable experience in precision detailing and project coordination. His team specializes in residential projects, allowing him to continuously refine his technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality work that meets both design intent and functional requirements.
Before transitioning to the Design Team, Chloewenn started his first mercantile project with the same team, where he handled the structural trade. The experience challenged him to navigate technical coordination and site-related concerns, allowing him to learn more about the relationship between design and construction. It became a meaningful step in his growth, broadening his understanding of how each discipline contributes to a well-resolved project and preparing him for a more design-oriented role ahead.
