Chloewenn “Klu” Marca joined the company in 2024.
Klu graduated at the University of the East in 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
As a project team member, Klu assists his Project Lead in producing detailed working drawings and presentations. As part of the Production Department, he has contributed to various projects, primarily in the residential sector.
Klu’s first project was a high-end residential building located in Quezon City, where he gained valuable experience in precision detailing and project coordination. His team specializes in residential projects, allowing him to continuously refine his technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality work that meets both design intent and functional requirements.
